Asiapro Construction's Member Relations Programs July 2025 Highlights

Asiapro's Member Relations programs are in full swing this month, focusing on the professional and personal well-being of our valued members. We are committed to providing a variety of programs to help our members live healthier and more fulfilled lives.

Medical and Dental Missions

• Our Medical Mission Program provides free health care medicines, consultations, and physical examinations to our members. In July, we held several successful missions:
  • July 16 and 26, 2025: Medical missions at MDC Park Central Towers, benefiting 95 and 196 members, respectively.
  • July 2025: A medical mission at COG2-Parklinks North Park for 100 members, which also included a dental mission for 50 members.

Members' Kapihan Sessions

• We continued our Members' Kapihan sessions, which are designed to improve financial literacy, support member growth, and reinforce our core values and principles. This month's sessions reached a total of 1,090 members and covered important topics like "Positive Attitude at Work" and "Absenteeism".
  • July 3: A session at MDBI-Makati with 500 members discussing "Positive Attitude at Work".
  • July 10: A session at COG 1-Lanewoods with 80 members on "Positive Attitude at Work".
  • July 14: A session at COG 1-Newton with 80 members on "Absenteeism".
  • July 17: A session at COG 2-NLOC Alviera with 100 members on "Absenteeism".
  • July 19: Sessions at COG 4-1B Arca PIE with 130 members and COG 1-Viento with 200 members, both focusing on "Absenteeism".
  • Health and Wellness Initiatives
  • Our Health and Wellness Program is dedicated to providing programs in the workplace to help our members stay healthy.
  • July 15: 66 members received free haircuts at MDC MEQ Anvaya Cove.
  • July 18: Free haircuts were provided to 34 members, and free massages were given to 35 members at MDC MDBI BPI. An additional 75 members received a free massage at a separate event on the same day.
  • July 19: Another health and wellness event was held for 80 members, which included free haircuts for 37 members.

Perfect Attendance Awards

• We proudly recognized our members who achieved perfect attendance for the month of June 2025, with a total of 2,026 awardees. The awarding ceremony for the first quarter (1Q) perfect attendance, with a total of 39 awardees, was held on July 14, 2025. These awards recognize our members' exceptional commitment and reliability.

TTSP Induction Day

• As part of our commitment to professional growth, a TTSP Induction Day was held on July 1, 2025, with 42 members participating. This initiative aims to help trainees meet the competency requirements of the TESDA NC II certification, enhancing their employability and productivity.
