Job Description:

* Monitor and analyze inventory levels to ensure optimal stock levels are maintained across all locations.

* Perform regular inventory audits and reconcile physical stock with system records.

*  Develop and maintain inventory reports, providing insights on stock trends, usage, and variances.

* Collaborate with procurement and supply chain teams to forecast inventory needs and adjust orders accordingly.

* Identify and resolve discrepancies or issues related to inventory management.

* Implement inventory control best practices to minimize stockouts, overstocking, and waste.

* Assist in the preparation of inventory for audits and support external auditors during inventory checks.

* Track and manage product movement to ensure timely replenishment of stock.

* Provide recommendations for improving inventory processes and systems.

Qualifications:

* Familiarity with Inventory management order replenishment process.
* Comfortable working with multiple data and MS Excel sheets.
* Attention to detail and accuracy; advanced problem solving and analytical skills.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
