Job Description:
As a Supervisory Trainee, you'll rotate through different departments, gaining valuable experience and exposure to our core operations.

What You’ll Do:

✨ Shadow Leaders to gain insights into operations and leadership. Provide administrative support while learning cooperative policies and processes.

✨Collaborate on evaluating reports, analyses, and performances, and apply data analysis techniques to measure process performance and identify opportunities for enhancement

✨Engages with teams and key projects from various departments to understand their specific process requirements and gather input for process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:

✨Graduates in Industrial Engineering, Management, Business, Engineering, Human Resources, or related fields.

✨Strong communication skills, able to present ideas clearly and effectively.

✨Analytical and has a leadership ability

✨Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment

✨Proficient in MS Office and Google Office Suite
