Job Description:

A Compliance Officer is responsible for developing, implementing, and monitoring internal policies and procedures to ensure the organization adheres to legal, ethical, and regulatory requirements. They serve as a key advisor to management, conduct audits, assess risk, and provide training to staff on compliance matters. Their work helps prevent violations, safeguard the company’s reputation, and promote a culture of accountability.

*  Monitor internal compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies

*  Conduct regular audits and risk assessments across departments

*  Develop and implement compliance procedures

*  Investigate potential violations and recommend corrective actions

*  Serve as the point of contact for regulatory bodies and external audits

*  Stay updated with changes in laws and best practices affecting the organization

Qualifications:

*  Bachelor’s degree in Business, Law, or a related field; Master’s degree is an advantage.

*  At least 2-3 years of experience in compliance, legal, or regulatory roles, preferably in the overseas recruitment industry.

*  Comprehensive knowledge of Philippine labor laws, Philippine Overseas Employment Agency/Department of Migrant Worker regulations, and international labor standards.
