Job Description:
As a Supervisory Trainee, you'll rotate through different departments, gaining valuable experience and exposure to our core operations.

👟What You’ll Do:
✅Shadow Leaders to gain insights into operations and leadership.
Provide administrative support while learning cooperative policies and processes.
✅Collaborate on evaluating reports, analyses, and performances, and apply data analysis techniques to measure process performance and identify opportunities for enhancement
✅Engages with teams and key projects from various departments to understand their specific process requirements and gather input for process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications:
* Graduates in Industrial & Manufacturing Engineering, Management, Business, Agriculture, or related fields.
* Strong communication skills, able to present ideas clearly and effectively.
* Analytical and has a leadership ability.
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
* Proficient in MS Office and Google Office Suite.
