Job Descriptio/Responsibilities:
* Ensures individual performance consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPIs and profitability goals through the effective servicing of customers.
* Responsible for the overall management of a store's inventory.
* Ensures accurate stock levels, proper storage, and timely issuance of supplies • Oversees day-to-day operations, maintains records, and reports any discrepancies to management.
* Acts as the primary point of contact for all store-related activities.
* Prepares and submits Daily Sales Reports of store together with the Store Cashier.
* Provides true and accurate sales reports and transaction records.
* Guarantees consistently high standards of customer experience within the store.
* Responsible for Loss Prevention compliance within store.
* Participates in Physical Inventory counts and ensures there is zero variance.
* Participates in all Marketing opportunities.

Qualifications:
* 2 to 3 years of experience in a focused, customer service-oriented retail environment (preferably in apparel/footwear) with a results-driven track record.
* Proven ability to exceed sales goals.
* Demonstrated ability to identify, hire, train, develop and retain top Sales Associates.
* Demonstrates effective communication and ability to present information to large groups.
*Strong interpersonal and motivational skill.
* Responsible.
